Your Symptom Is Not The Problem

When it comes to dealing with our emotions, it can get difficult. 

We feel like we don’t have the time to deal with it, it’s too tiring to deal with it. 

Eventually, we grow with the symptom, we get used to living with it.

The truth is- our symptoms are not the problem. 

Sometimes we’re so busy in treating and taming our symptoms rather than dealing with the real issue. 

Symptoms are good!

Google definitions symptom as : a sign of the existence of something, especially of an undesirable situation.

What does that tell us? 

Our symptoms are signs. Signs that leads us to the issues- the undesirable situation in your life. 

Let’s learn not to suppress our symptoms, and let it guide us into deeper wisdom in addressing the issues in our lives.
