What if you could learn more about yourself through art-making? Living Stones Art Therapy desires to provide a safe space for you to explore and express the art that already exists in your heart. We believe, in everyone’s personal journey, they deserve a supportive environment to process their emotions, whether positive or negative. It is our goal to strive towards facilitating clients using art mediums to learn what needs to be released, and what needs to be contained.

Testimonials

“ART IS WHY I STILL WANT TO BE ALIVE. I think art therapy takes us into another mental state, to places in the past and the future. Art lets us speak without speaking; meditate with our eyes and hands. Art is something you can touch and see and feel and that transports us emotionally. We lay down little bits of ourselves in colour, in lines, with all our worries transformed into some new creation we did that day. “

“Charity creates such a warm welcoming open safe environment to do art, to connect, to enjoy ourselves. Charity started having time before and of studio to talk about what we have created. Through this, we got to know each other and open our hearts to each other. I really needed that!”
